How the Sleep Program could help you?
Combined with the AYO wearable, the Sleep program feature of the goAYO app can help you
improve yours sleep quality and habits in less than 5 days and make you ready to welcome the
The Sleep program:
• Can help you to wake up refreshed and fall asleep easier.
• Can help you adjust your sleep patterns and timing based on your personal lifestyle and
preferences, which can translate into either waking up easier and earlier in the morning or
staying up later during the night if needed.
• Is specially developed for those of you who have troubles sustaining a normal sleep
pattern or whose work requires often changes of the sleep cycles.
How to use it?
1. Choose the Sleep program:
Optimizing your sleep rhythm has never been easier! Once you create your profile and select
the Sleep program, you will be given a chance to choose your usual wake-up and sleep times,
and then your desired ones. Based on your input, our intelligent algorithm will determine
when it would be the most efficient time of the day for you to wear AYO and guide you
throughout the process.
In general, if you have problems waking up in the morning and you’d like to advance your
body clock, you will need to wear the AYO wearable in the morning after you wake-up.
On the other hand, if you would like to be active and less sleepy later in the evening or
during your night shift, you can delay your body clock. In that case, you will need to wear
AYO in the evening.
2. Wear your AYO:
After only as little as 20 minutes of usage, your body would be able to feel more alert and
energetic. And after several days of using AYO according to AYO’s personalized schedule, you
will be able to shift your biological rhythm in the way you desire. The design of our
