AYO experience: Improving sports’ performance
When Michael Rehfeldt, Director of Strength and Conditioning, University of Cincinnati started using AYO, very soon he realized that AYO can be a game changer for his team to improve their sleep and boost energy when they need that most.
“Our goal using AYO is to suppress melatonin production in the AM to help the athlete’s Athletic performance. We also use the AYO to improve sleep hygiene as we are an indoor sport and not exposed to the morning sun, especially in the winter months. While using the AYO we didn’t lose a game before 1pm and I saw a dramatic improvement in sleep after one morning of use.”
